RiverPines Golf will issue rain checks to those Guests who are not able to complete their round due to inclement weather or the closure of the golf course due to unsafe conditions. Any request for a rain check that does not occur due to the closing of the golf course will be considered on a case by case basis. The value of the rain check is pro-rated based on the rate the Guest paid to play and the number of holes completed that day.
Those Guests who have paid for 18 holes and stop play after 9 holes (for reasons other than inclement weather) will receive the difference between the 9 hole rate and the 18 hole rate as their rain check.
Those Guests paying the Super Saver rate will receive a rain check based on the number of holes played that are less than 9 holes.
Rain checks are only valid for green fees, cart fees and range balls. Rain checks have no cash value.
